Specification

Use

  1. Do not cut frozen food may cause a chip or a nick.
  2. Do not drop as it may cause damage to the knife.
  3. The side of the knife isn’t designed to crush garlic or other items. Twisting force should be avoided.
  4. Ceramic knives can’t be sharpened with regular grinding stones.

Care

  1. To remove stubborn discolorations, wash the blade (avoiding the handle) in a mild solution of baking soda and water.
  2. Do not leave the knife in sink. Always store a knife in a block or tray to prevent accidents.
  3. Hand-wash or use a dry kitchen cloth.
  4. Can be sterilized with bleach.
  5. Dishwasher safe (temperature up to 110 Degrees Celsius)
